About Zero Ristorante

Founded in 2011, Zero Ristorante is a family-run restaurant built on generations of culinary tradition. Gianfranco, a fourth-generation restaurateur from the picturesque Amalfi Coast town of Ravello-renowned for its hospitality, lemons, and rich culinary heritage-together with his son Stefano, proudly continues the family legacy as the fifth generation.

At Zero, we celebrate the art of Italian cuisine, drawing inspiration from the vibrant flavours and traditions of Southern Italy. Our menu reflects a commitment to quality ingredients, authentic recipes, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.

We also share a deep love for wine. Over the years, we’ve curated an extensive wine list designed to complement every dish, with selections that highlight both Italian excellence and international craftsmanship.
